Terms of Service

TWYS3D provides an online 3D printing service that allows users to:

• upload 3D model files
• upload images, photos, or reference materials
• request AI-assisted generation of 3D models
• customize selected printing options
• order physical 3D printed products
• receive printed items by shipping

We may review, modify, prepare, slice, repair, optimize, or otherwise process uploaded files as needed to manufacture the requested product.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.

If you are using TWYS3D on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

By using the service, you represent that:

• you can legally enter into these Terms
• your use of the service complies with applicable laws
• all information you provide is accurate and complete

Some features may require registration.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• all activity under your account
• providing accurate account, billing, and shipping information
• promptly updating your account information when needed

You must not share your account with unauthorized users or use another person's account without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

"User Content" includes any files, 3D models, photos, images, drawings, text, instructions, designs, references, or other materials you upload, submit, or provide to TWYS3D.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant TWYS3D a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, process, prepare, convert, generate, manufacture, and display the User Content solely as necessary to:

• provide the requested service
• generate or prepare 3D models
• review files for printability
• manufacture physical products
• fulfill orders
• provide customer support
• improve technical processing related to your order
• comply with legal obligations

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files or designs.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload or submit.

By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the content or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it
• the content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties
• the content does not violate applicable laws
• the content does not contain prohibited or restricted items under our Content Policy
• the content is not harmful, illegal, dangerous, or fraudulent

TWYS3D is not responsible for verifying ownership of every file submitted by users.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, remove, or refuse any order or uploaded content at our sole discretion.

TWYS3D may offer AI-assisted tools to help generate, modify, or prepare 3D models based on uploaded photos, images, descriptions, or reference materials.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated results may not be perfect, exact, or error-free
• the final model may differ from the uploaded photo, image, or description
• AI-generated models may require manual correction or preparation
• printability depends on geometry, material, size, resolution, and production limitations
• you are responsible for reviewing and approving final design details when approval is requested

TWYS3D does not guarantee that AI-generated models will exactly match the original image, reference, or expectation.

When placing an order, you may be asked to select or confirm:

• model/file
• dimensions
• material
• color
• quantity
• finish
• shipping address
• other production specifications

Once production begins, an order may not be changed or canceled unless TWYS3D agrees in writing.

Because 3D printed products are custom-made, small variations may occur, including:

• minor differences in color
• visible layer lines
• surface texture variations
• small dimensional tolerances
• support marks
• minor imperfections typical of the selected 3D printing process

Such variations are normal and do not automatically qualify as defects.

Prices are displayed at checkout or provided by quote.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable amount, including product price, shipping charges, taxes, and any other applicable fees.

We do not store full credit card information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe or another payment provider.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes, or request additional payment if incorrect pricing was displayed due to technical or calculation errors.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• production complexity
• material availability
• order volume
• shipping carrier delays
• incorrect shipping information
• customs processing, if applicable

TWYS3D is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because most products are custom-made based on user-submitted files or instructions, refunds are limited.

We may offer refunds, reprints, or store credit at our discretion in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or issues caused by TWYS3D.

You must not upload, request, order, or attempt to manufacture prohibited or restricted items.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• weapons
• firearms
• firearm parts
• ammunition-related components
• dangerous devices
• illegal items
• counterfeit products
• items that infringe intellectual property rights
• harmful or abusive content

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that we believe violates our policies or applicable law.

All website content, software, branding, logos, service names, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials provided by TWYS3D are owned by or licensed to ARCAOR LLC, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the service without our written permission.

Our service may use third-party providers, including:

• Supabase for database and backend infrastructure
• Stripe for payments
• shipping carriers
• cloud hosting providers
• AI processing providers
• email or communication providers

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

TWYS3D is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We try to keep the service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, delays, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWYS3D disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• accuracy
• reliability
• uninterrupted operation

We do not guarantee that:

• uploaded files will be printable
• AI-generated models will meet your exact expectations
• printed items will be suitable for a specific functional, mechanical, medical, safety-critical, or legal purpose
• the service will be error-free or uninterrupted

Unless specifically agreed in writing, TWYS3D printed products are not certified for medical, aerospace, automotive safety, structural, food-contact, firearm, or life-support use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWYS3D Powered by ARCAOR LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TWYS3D, ARCAOR LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the service
• your uploaded content
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law
• your infringement of third-party rights
• your misuse of printed products

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:

• you violate these Terms
• you upload prohibited content
• you engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• your account creates security or legal risk
• we are required to do so by law

You may stop using the service at any time.

Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state where ARCAOR LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If we make material changes, we may notify users by posting an updated version on our website or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
