Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to what we get asked most.

From checkout to your door: typically 7–10 business days for standard prints under 120 mm. Larger prints (180–290 mm and above) need more time — roughly up to 14 days. Turnaround depends on the model's size and complexity, any split-print requirements, special packaging needs for delicate pieces, and shipping time. Please also note that we work Monday to Friday — Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
In most cases, you may use the finished physical print commercially, provided that your uploaded images, prompts, references, or files do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, likeness rights, or other protected content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any images, models, characters, brands, logos, or references you upload. TWYS3D is not responsible for unauthorized use of protected content or for any resale activity involving third-party intellectual property.
We carefully inspect and securely package every custom resin print before shipping. However, shipping damage can sometimes happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will review the issue and, when approved, reprint the damaged part or item at no additional cost. Because every order is custom-made, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we will always do our best to make the final result right.
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the 50 U.S. states. International shipping is planned for the future, but is not available yet.
Yes. Your uploaded photos and 3D model files are used only to create, review, and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your files, and they are deleted from our production pipeline within 30 days after fulfillment.
Yes, but 2–4 photos usually give better results.
STL, OBJ, and GLB files are supported for direct printing.
Yes, you can review the generated model before production.
No. Unless specifically stated otherwise, prints arrive unpainted. Your custom resin print is cleaned, cured, inspected, and ready for sanding, assembly, priming, and painting — leaving the creative finish in your hands.
