This Content Policy / Prohibited Items Policy explains what types of files, models, images, photos, designs, objects, and requests are not allowed on TWYS3D Powered by ARCAOR LLC.
By using TWYS3D, uploading content, requesting AI-generated models, or placing an order, you agree to this Policy.
01General Rule
You may not upload, request, generate, order, manufacture, or attempt to manufacture anything that is illegal, harmful, dangerous, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by this Policy.
TWYS3D reserves the right to review, reject, cancel, remove, or refuse any file, model, image, design, request, order, or account at our sole discretion.
We may also report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.
02Weapons and Dangerous Items
TWYS3D does not allow the upload, generation, printing, sale, or production of weapons or weapon-related items.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- firearms
- firearm frames or receivers
- gun parts
- gun accessories intended to improve weapon function
- ammunition or ammunition components
- magazines
- suppressors or silencer parts
- trigger components
- conversion devices
- knives intended as weapons
- brass knuckles
- explosive devices
- bomb components
- weaponized drones
- tasers or stun weapon components
- any object primarily designed to harm people or animals
We also prohibit files or designs that are intended to help manufacture, assemble, modify, repair, or improve weapons.
03Illegal Items
You may not use TWYS3D to create or request items that violate any law, regulation, or government restriction.
This includes:
- counterfeit goods
- fake IDs or identification documents
- license plates or government-issued tags
- keys, lock-picking tools, or bypass devices intended for unauthorized access
- drug paraphernalia where prohibited
- devices used for theft, fraud, hacking, skimming, or unauthorized access
- items intended to evade law enforcement or security systems
- restricted or regulated goods
04Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not upload or request content that infringes the rights of others.
Prohibited content includes:
- copyrighted characters, models, artwork, or designs without permission
- trademarked logos or brand names without authorization
- patented product designs without permission
- counterfeit brand parts or accessories
- celebrity likenesses used without rights
- third-party designs downloaded without proper license
- models copied from another creator without permission
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights needed to upload, generate, modify, print, or order your content.
TWYS3D may remove or reject content if we believe it may infringe third-party rights.
05Harmful, Abusive, or Hateful Content
We do not allow content that promotes, encourages, or depicts:
- hate speech
- harassment
- threats
- violence against individuals or groups
- extremist organizations
- terrorist propaganda
- racist, antisemitic, or discriminatory symbols used for hateful purposes
- targeted abuse
- non-consensual sexual content
- exploitation of minors
- graphic violence intended to harass or shock
Historical, educational, artistic, or documentary content may be reviewed case by case, but TWYS3D reserves the right to refuse any order.
06Adult and Explicit Content
TWYS3D may restrict or refuse adult, explicit, or sexual content at our discretion.
Strictly prohibited content includes:
- sexual content involving minors or appearing to involve minors
- non-consensual intimate imagery
- sexualized images of real people without consent
- content that violates obscenity laws
- content involving exploitation, coercion, or abuse
We may reject adult-themed custom prints if they create legal, safety, reputational, or operational concerns.
07Privacy and Likeness Rights
You may not upload photos, images, scans, or models of another person without appropriate consent if the content is used to create a 3D model, figurine, portrait, or other identifiable representation.
This includes:
- private individuals
- celebrities
- children
- employees
- customers
- public figures, where rights of publicity apply
You are responsible for obtaining all required permissions.
08Medical, Safety-Critical, and Regulated Uses
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, TWYS3D does not produce items intended for:
- medical use
- implants
- prosthetics requiring certification
- dental appliances
- food-contact use
- aerospace applications
- automotive safety-critical parts
- structural load-bearing safety applications
- electrical safety-critical components
- life-support systems
- child safety products
- regulated industrial uses
3D printed parts may not be suitable for high-stress, high-temperature, safety-critical, or regulated environments.
You are responsible for testing and validating any part before use.
09Dangerous Materials or Use Cases
You may not request designs intended to:
- cause injury
- bypass security
- create unsafe tools
- manufacture controlled devices
- conceal illegal items
- enable surveillance without consent
- interfere with public safety
- violate export control laws
10AI-Generated Content Restrictions
If you use TWYS3D's AI-assisted model generation, you may not upload or request AI generation of content that violates this Policy.
This includes using AI tools to create:
- weapons
- illegal items
- infringing designs
- hateful symbols
- non-consensual likenesses
- explicit content involving minors
- counterfeit products
- harmful or deceptive objects
TWYS3D may reject AI-generated models if they appear to violate this Policy.
11File Review and Enforcement
TWYS3D may review uploaded files, photos, and order requests for compliance.
However, we are not obligated to review every file and cannot guarantee detection of all prohibited content.
If we determine that content violates this Policy, we may:
- reject the file
- cancel the order
- suspend or terminate the account
- refuse future service
- retain limited records for security or legal compliance
- report unlawful activity when appropriate or required
Refund eligibility for rejected or canceled orders is determined under our Refund Policy.
